WeBs and other stuff

Completely forgot I had created this patch Blog! Which is why no updates since 2016!! I’m not going to go back and dwell on what’s been missed on here since then but will update the species list. So back to present day.

WeBs count today included 4 Coot, 2 Shelduck, 5 Moorhen with 2 chicks, 5 male and 3 female Tufted Duck, 4 Little Grebe, 2 Mute Swan, 80 Canada Geese with just one gosling, 2 Greylags and 2 Barnacle Geese. Away from the water, 2 Swifts, 20+ Sand Martin, 2 Swallows, 20+ Linnet, 1 Goldfinch. 1 male Stonechat, 2 Whitethroats, 3 Reed Warblers, 2 Sedge Warblers, 1 Wren, 2 Dunnock, 3 Blackbird, 5 Pied Wagtail (family party), 1 Grey Wagtail and 1 Meadow Pipit.
